Group Stages

UoH Math Fest 23, started on May 10, 2023. In the First round, 11 teams are participated and divided into three groups. The first and second teams in each group advance to the second round. In the second round, six teams are divided into two groups, the first team (the team with the most points) in each group and the best second team are qualified for the Third round (Final Round).

First Round results

The first round of the #UoH_MathFest23 was held between 10-11 May 2023; in this round, each of the (Computer 4th stage, Civil Engineering 3rd stage, Physics 4th stage)teams qualified for the next round as the Top Team in groups (A,B, and C) respectively. However, (the Civil Engineering 4th stage, Computer 1st stage, and Physics 3rd stage)teams are qualified for the second round as runner-ups of the (A, B, and C) groups, respectively.

Second Round

The second round of #UoH_MathFest23 was held on May 14, 2023. In this round, both the Computer 4th stage and Civil Engineering 4th stage teams are qualified for the final round as group leaders. The Physics 4th stage team advanced to the final round in second place (as the best second-place team).

third Round

The final round of the #UoH_MathFest23 was held on May 17, 2023, at the Central Library of the University of Halabja, 

Three teams participated in the final round, which (Computer stage 4, Physics stage 4, and Civil engineering stage 4) they competed for first place.

After a strong competition, the Physics 4th stage team won the competition and became the champion of the mathematics festival at the university for the second consecutive year.
